  • in-cabin lighting
    LED turn indicator

    We offer 3-channel LED driver IC and 24-channel LED driver IC. Equipped with an ARM Cortex M0 processor, the lighting conditions can be changed in detail, and SDK is provided that realizes many functions through software control, such as temperature correction and individual calibration. 2-channel LIN transceiver allows FW upgrade and auto-addressing.

  • Qi Wireless charging

    15W Qi wireless power supply solution compliant with WPC1.3. Built-in buck and boost regulators, half-bridge and full-bridge coil drive, and software control by ARM Cortex M4/M0 dual processors to support future protocol firmware updates. High device integration provides compact unit design and enables flexible system construction.

  • USB-PD

    This is a 2-channel (60Wx2) USB power supply solution compliant with USB-PD 3.1. By providing reference designs, you can develop your product in the shortest possible time. It has a high-performance FET with Rdson of 12mΩ or less, and integrates a buck-boost controller and an ARM Cortex M0 processor to support miniaturization, easy system configuration, and FW updates.

  • LiDAR

    A key technology that drives advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS). We provide high-performance mixed-signal SoC. FMCW (Frequency Modulated Continuous Wave) is processed by the advanced technology of two wideband ADCs of 4 channels at 1 GSPS or 8 channels at 500 MSPS, hardware FFT accelerator, ARM Cortex M4F processor, Tensilica DSP processor, etc.

  • Ultrasound

    It is a solution equipped with the functions of ultrasonic sensors required for parking assistance applications. It supports transducers from 30 to 70 KHz, and incorporates a PMU directly connected to a battery, an ARM Cortex M0 processor, and a 2-channel LIN transceiver to build a system with a small number of external components, enabling flexible function implementation and high performance through software.
