We have started to supply 75μm thickness conductor products. now available: 35, 50 and 75μm.

• ・75μm products can use a higher current than the others.
• ・75μm thichness decreases conductor resistance, which is useful to control voltage drop in long products.
• ・Conductor resistance decrease also reduces the inductance, which enlarges the mask aperture ratio of the transmission.
• ・It is the optimal specification for long products such as products in aerospace, industrial equipment, vehicles, office machines, etc.
• ・Gold plating prevents metal whiskering.

Aside from straight types, we also offer various types of terminal processing (trimming type) to suit each company’s connector shape.
Trimming type is used to improve connector retention force.
